About the Role

We're looking for a ionate and dedicated English Teacher to our growing team and work primarily with young learners (ages 3 to 14). This is a great opportunity for someone who loves early childhood education and believes in the power of language to open up the world.

Location

This is an in-person position, based in São Roque/SP and surrounding region.

All classes and meetings will be conducted face-to-face at our partner schools or designated locations.

We believe strongly in the value of real-life interactions, especially in early childhood education, where connection and engagement are key to learning.

Work Schedule

20 hours per week (4 hours daily, Monday to Friday), with working hours arranged in agreement with management and aligned to school schedules.

Required Qualifications

• Studying or holding a degree in Pedagogy, Languages, Education, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English (minimum CEFR C1). You may check your level of proficiency at https://www.cambridgeenglish.org/test-your-english/general-english/.
• Comfortable working in a classroom setting with young children.
• Energetic, caring, and engaging personality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience teaching English to children in early education settings.
• Basic knowledge of language acquisition for young learners.
• Experience in free-language school environments or alternative education.
• Familiarity with child development and playful learning strategies.

Compensation

Salary

R$1.200,00/monthly gross. Estimated net salary: approximately R$1.110,00/month, after mandatory deductions (INSS and others).
